Boston, You're My Home

After a week of tragedy, anxiety and un-rest, I've never been more proud to be a Bostonian. I'm equally as sad for all that was lost on Monday and today, though.

So thankful tonight for what I hope will be a peaceful night's sleep.

Amen.

I've been thinking of you all evening as I watch the coverage. I looked up your city to see where about you are in comparison to the scene.... What a sad week, but I'm glad it has ended tonight and that everyone can sleep better tonight there. Sending you lots of hugs! Stay strong there in Boston!

I've only watched this past week unfold from across the country. I can't imagine what it's been like for all of you in and around the Boston area. I'm glad that you are okay.

I have been glued to the news all week. We have friends in Boston, including you, and I am so grateful you all were safe and that it is over! Hugs!

Been thinking about you all week - so glad you were not too close to all the chaos and danger, and even more glad that good has triumphed over evil once again!

I can imagine how tough it has been this week in Boston... I was crying while watching the footage of the hockey game where everyone began to sing together in solidarity.

I am so glad that everything has been resolved!!

Yesterday was even intense for us in Colorado, I cannot even imagine how you guys must have felt being right there in the craziness. I thought about you, hoping you and yours were safe & sound. My heart breaks for those that were impacted by all of the events this week, but I am thankful that at least everyone can hopefully find the closure needed to move forward now.

XO
