#BostonStrong

This morning I decided to finally walk a couple of blocks down Boylston Street from my office to pay my respects to the precious lives lost and to those who were so gruesomely wounded on April 15th.  My heart is broken for all who were affected on this tragic, tragic day.  Many other visitors were there as well, doing the very same thing.  The memorial in Copley Square seems to grow by the day.  Boston is strong and we have so much support.
Today, I'm a whole heck of a lot more thankful... for all that I do have.

If your city is anything like you, I think #BostonStrong is a pretty accurate hashtag. Praying that there are better days ahead for you and your city!

I love the beauty in spontaneous memorials like this. Praying for your city still, friend.

Didn't realize your office was so close! Glad you were able to go over there and pay your respects.

Praying for your city. Halifax has a strong connection to Boston because your city helped ours after the Halifax explosion! That's why we send you the Christmas tree every year!

That's such a lovely memorial. I'm glad you were able to pay your respects! These kinds of tragedies never make sense, but you're right, it certainly does make you realize how much there is to be thankful for each and every day!

Sad that the memorial has to exist, but glad there's a place people can go to shed their tears and show their strength!

Wow, such support. Still makes me so sad to think about it and to see those guys on tv! My heart is with you all!

So sad what happened, for the victims and everyone involved. So senseless. So tragic.

Thanks for sharing your photos and your visit to the memorial. I can't even imagine what it is like to be so close to such tragedy. Definitely does make everyone more thankful for the little things. There has been such incredible support across the country. Even over here in Oregon, there has been several running events in honor of Boston.
