Babies Bump and 22 Week Update

22 WEEKS LOOKS LIKE THIS:

How far along:  This picture was taken on Sunday at 22 weeks 4 days.
Total weight gain?  Up another pound or so, woohoo!!  A total of about 17 pounds.
Maternity clothes?  Oh yes.  I have the hardest time finding maternity clothes for events (i.e. weddings), though.  I recently ordered a dress from Pink Blush Maternity (thanks to my friend Ashley's recommendation during her pregnancy) for my upcoming baby shower (still cannot believe I'm having one of those by the way) and I can't wait for it to arrive to see what it looks like in person and on me!
Stretch marks?  Still none... yet.
Sleep:  Sleep still stinks mostly because of my nose congestion and back/side pain.  I'm only up between one and two times a night to pee, which isn't so bad.  Napping during the day is wonderful, though.
Best moment this week:  Daddy got to feel one of his babies' kicks!  It was actually last night and it was Austin who was doing the kicking.  Austin is 'baby A', our active one.  It brought tears to my eyes being able to see Nick feel his son.  I still can't believe this... any of it.
Miss anything?  I honestly don't miss a thing.  I am the luckiest woman in the world!
Movement:  Those air bubble feelings are definitely my boys and I love them!  Both boys are most active at night, as I lay down to go to sleep.  They kept me awake last night, but I didn't mind it at all.
Food cravings:  Still no cravings - I just enjoy eating all.day.long!
Anything make you queasy or sick?  Nothing specific, other than smells.  But no smell in particular.  Last night I was queasy over Nick re-heating leftovers (I cannot do leftovers!).  But, for the most part, my nausea is still pretty much gone, thank God!  I did have a rough morning on Sunday, though - but it's nothing compared to what it was!
Gender:  LOVE my Boys!
Labor Signs:  None.  Phew!
Symptoms:  I still have the same symptoms - linea nigra, some ligament pain on my left side in my hip/upper leg area, the nasal congestion and restlessness.  I've been getting nose bleeds again in the morning and I think I have the beginning of sciatica, which isn't too fun, but at least I get some back rubs out of it.
Belly button in or out?  In.
Wedding rings on or off?  On when I'm out of the house and off when I'm in the house.
Looking forward to:  My next doctor's appointment next week!

Babies Bump and 21 Week Update

21 WEEKS LOOKS LIKE THIS:

How far along:  This picture was taken on Saturday at 21 weeks 3 days.
Total weight gain:  I'm officially up 16lbs.  And I couldn't be happier.  I pray for weight gain every time I step foot on the scale!
Maternity clothes?  Yes, yes and yes.  I am still wearing my leggings and some non-maternity sweatshirts and lounge wear, but for the most part it's all maternity clothes.
Stretch marks?  Still none.  But, I'm still sure that they're on their way.
Sleep:  Stinks.  I don't really sleep well at all anymore.  I go back and forth with using the snoogle pillow.  Some nights I feel like I can't live without it and other nights I swear that's what causes my restlessness.
Best moment this week:  More nursery purchases.  I love choosing things for the boys' room.  It's coming along and I can't wait to see it all finished.  Most of the big stuff is done and now I'm just working on the little details.  Like these adorable stack-able stuffed animals... Belle's new friends!

Miss anything?  I guess maybe sleep?  But other than that... I don't miss a thing.  Instead, I'm just looking forward to what's to come!
Movement:  The boys are moving and I can still feel the air bubble sensations every now and then.  They definitely aren't moving as much as I wish they would, which is when the Doppler comes in handy!
Food cravings:  Are cravings during pregnancy a myth?  I'm not craving anything!  I guess I just eat when I'm hungry, but I haven't yet had one moment so far where I needed to send Nick to the store right away for something.
Anything make you queasy or sick?  No.  Thank goodness that part of pregnancy seems to have passed!
Gender:  Love my Boys!
Labor signs?  None.  Phew!
Symptoms:  The same... Linea nigra, some ligament pain in both of my hips/upper legs, nasal congestion and restlessness at night.  Oh, and boob growth like WHOA!  I swear my boobs grew a full cup size in the matter of a week.  And that's AFTER they already grew a whole cup size from where they began!
Belly button in or out?  In.
Wedding rings on or off?  On when I'm out of the house and off when I'm in the house.
Looking forward to:  Everything!  Working on the boys' nursery, feeling them kick, punch and move more frequently and naps... I've never loved a nap as much as I do now!

Babies Bump and 19 & 20 Week Updates

19 AND 20 WEEKS LOOKS LIKE THIS:

How far along:  These pictures were taken at 19 weeks 5 days and 20 weeks 3 days.
Total weight gain?  As of my last doctor's appointment, which was the babies' amazing anatomy scan last Tuesday, I was officially up 13 lbs.  Whatever I lost from having the flu and not wanting to eat during my 19th week definitely came back!  Phew!  I'm still receiving comments from people saying that I don't look pregnant enough to be having twins and while I always shrug when I hear that, I'm just trying to focus on my doctor's comment that I'm doing just fine in the weight department!
Maternity clothes?  This weekend I did a second rummage through my closet and drawers and packed away pretty much the last of my non-maternity clothes.  Except for my leggings.  I'll wear those until they have holes in them!
Stretch marks?  Still none... so far.  But, I can absolutely feel my skin really starting to stretch, so we'll see.
Sleep:  Since recovering from the flu, sleep has been a little better.  My nose has slightly cleared so I feel like I can breathe at least a little bit better now.  I officially get up at least once per night, though, to go to the bathroom.
Best moment this week:  Best moment of week 19: the babies' perfect anatomy scan.  WHAT A BLESSING!
Camden is on the top and Austin is on the bottom.  I sort of think they look like twins! :)
Best moment of week 20: having my mom make the boys' cribs this weekend and hanging the curtains in their room.  My boys have the best Nana already!  Once we (well, my mom) made their beds, Belle wanted get in there to see what all the commotion was about... here's my first baby in Austin's bed, not sure what to make of it!

Miss anything?  I can honestly say that there's really nothing I miss right now.  I'm really beginning to love this stage of pregnancy!
Movement:  I really think I can feel them now - not a ton, but sometimes I think I feel movement that I can only describe as giant air bubbles.  At the anatomy scan last week, the boys were very active.  Camden even kicked Austin a time or two while the tech was taking Austin's measurements.  Ha!  I love these little guys so much already!
Food cravings:  Still none.  I just eat what sounds good at the time.  And what's easy.  I don't think I've cooked a single thing since the week I found out I was pregnant.
Anything make you queasy or sick?  While I feel 100% better than I had felt for the first 17 weeks of my pregnancy, I still do sometimes get bouts of nausea.  But it's honestly nothing compared to what it was.  And nothing in particular brings it on... it's just sort of a normal feeling now I guess.
Gender:  LOVE my Boys!
Labor Signs:  None.  Phew!
Symptoms:  The same… Linea nigra, some ligament pain on my left side in my hip/upper leg area, the nasal congestion and restlessness.  I'm also starting to really feel the stretching of my skin on my stomach.  It just feels extremely tight.  And while it's not painful, it's just more so uncomfortable.
Belly button in or out?  In.
Wedding rings on or off?  On when I'm out of the house and off when I'm in the house.
Looking forward to:  Starting off my next week of pregnancy without feeling sick from nausea or the flu... and to feeling more of my sweet boys' kicks!
